Well hello there, lovely people! If you’ve been wondering what all the excitement has been about down on Wollaton Road in Beeston, then let me tell you – Beeston Brownie is officially OPEN! And what an opening day it was! Honestly, we’re still buzzing from all the incredible energy and support you all showed us.
From the moment we unlocked the doors at 9 am, it was like a whirlwind of friendly faces, eager smiles, and the most wonderful aroma of freshly baked goodies filling the air. We knew we were excited to finally share our passion with you, but the sheer number of you who came down absolutely blew us away.
Yep, that’s right! This incredible photo captures just a snippet of the amazing queue that formed outside our little shop. Seeing so many of you patiently waiting to get your hands on our treats truly made all the hard work worthwhile. We were absolutely thrilled – and a little bit gobsmacked, if we’re being honest!
Inside, it was a hive of happy activity. The coffee machine was working its magic, the cakes were proudly displayed in all their glory, and the team were busy boxing up brownies, blondies, and cookies as fast as their hands could manage. It was a fantastic atmosphere, with people chatting, laughing, and generally enjoying the start of their day with a little bit of Beeston Brownie magic.
Now, for those of you who haven’t had the pleasure yet, let me tell you a little bit about what makes our treats so special. We pour our hearts (and only the finest ingredients!) into every single thing we bake. Whether you’re a die-hard brownie fan, a lover of a gooey blondie, or can’t resist a perfectly textured cookie, we’ve got something to tempt your taste buds.
And we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a little bit of deliciousness, which is why we’re proud to offer both gluten-free and vegan options across our range. So, no matter your dietary needs, you can still indulge in a truly scrumptious treat. We’ve spent ages perfecting our recipes to ensure that our free-from options are just as delicious and satisfying as our classic bakes – no compromise on flavour here!
But it’s not just about the brownies (though they are pretty amazing, if we do say so ourselves!). We’ve also teamed up with the award-winning local legends at 47 Degrees Coffee to bring you a truly exceptional cup of coffee. Whether you like a rich and velvety latte, a bold espresso, or a perfectly brewed filter, we’ve got your caffeine fix sorted. And for the tea lovers out there, we have a wonderful selection of teas, including some lovely specialty blends to explore.
Fancy something a little more indulgent? Our cheesecakes are proving to be a real hit, with both classic and free-from options available. And let’s not forget our selection of delicious cakes – perfect for a mid-morning treat or an afternoon pick-me-up.
And if you’re feeling particularly adventurous (or just really, really fancy something extra special!), our milkshakes and brownie freakshakes are an absolute must-try. Imagine a creamy, dreamy milkshake loaded with chunks of our signature brownies – pure indulgence in a glass! We also have refreshing smoothies and a range of cold drinks to quench your thirst on warmer days.
More than just a shop, we wanted to create a warm, cosy, and inviting space where you can come and relax. We’ve got comfy tables and chairs where you can sit and savour your treats, catch up with friends, or simply take a moment to yourself with a good coffee and a delicious brownie. We want Beeston Brownie to be your little haven of happiness on Wollaton Road.
The energy and enthusiasm we experienced on our opening day have truly filled our hearts. It was incredible to meet so many of you, to see your smiles as you took your first bites, and to hear your lovely feedback. It makes all the early mornings and late nights in the kitchen completely worth it.
